Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointments specifically for you; therefore, we ask that you be courteous and notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for service cancellations in order to best utilise appointment times for all clients (please see below Cosmetic Tattoo cancellation policy) If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost or your deposit will be loss.

COVID

If you need to cancel your appointment due to Covid-19, our cancellation policy still applies so please give us as much notice as possible. If you are having your covid vaccination the day before your appointment and are likely to get sick, please reschedule your appointment giving us more than 24 hours notice.

Late arrivals and no-shows

No-shows will be charged the full service cost and must be paid in full before rebooking. We save your appointment time just for you. Please allow plenty of time for traffic and parking. Unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate late arrivals and will charge the full service amount.

Service changes

Changes to the service you have scheduled – If you have scheduled a service and change your mind or do not require a part of it, you must notify us 24 hours before your appointment time or the full amount of the service booked will be charged.

Deposits

Deposits are non refundable. Our time is valuable and we have a long waitlist of clients who would like to book in with us. If you cancel within the cancellation policy time frame your deposit will be put onto your account and can be used at a later date. Cancellations made within the cancellation timeframe will be charged the full service amount. Please see our cancellation policy for timeframes.

Cancellation policy for tattoos

We reserve your appointments specifically for you; therefore, we ask that you be courteous and notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. For Cosmetic Tattoo services, we require at least 72 business hours’ notice for cancellations in order to best utilise appointment times for all clients. If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full service.
